Founding partner of Wright Capital, a financial asset management firm. Prior experience includes Duratex Foundation (Itaú Group), Chase Manhattan Bank, Deutsche Bank, BankBoston, UBS and UBS Pactual. Gaidys is an independent member of the Investment Committee of Petros, the second largest pension fund in the country, and of the University of São Paulo (USP) Endowment Fund. Production Engineer and Lawyer from USP, with postgraduate degrees in Business Administration from FGV and Finance from FIPECAFI/USP and a master’s degree in Mathematical Modeling in Finance from FEA/IME/USP. Certified as a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst by the CAIA Association. He is authorized by CVM and Anbima as a securities portfolio manager.
